RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. All earrings are final sale and are NOT RETURNABLE. 

All SALE pieces are final sale and are not eligible to return. 

Must pay for returning shipping.

The color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. Colors may appear to you slightly different than they are. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item, please feel free to contact me.

All of our items are carefully inspected before shipping. If the item doesn't fit (ring or necklaces), we have a "7 day after arrival" exchange policy to have it re-sized. Please contact us at womancortez2022@gmail.com before returning an item.

It must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Replacements for broken pieces are only accepted 7 days after delivery date, restrictions may apply.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No refunds, store credit only.

NO Exchanges.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
