PROCESSING

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2 -4 business days after placing your order for processing.

 

SHIPPING

The stardard shipping method is bu USPS for domestic.

Standard shipping packages should arrive within 2-5 days after shipped.

Shipping times DO NOT included Processing time which can take from 2-4 days.

WOMAN CORTEZ LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES BY THE COURIER.

 

INSUFFICIENT OR INCORRECT ADDRESS.

WOMAN CORTEZ LLC is not responsible if the address entered it’s not correct or if the packages established as delivered and haven’t arrived.

If a package is returned to the sender “WOMAN CORTEZ”  due to insufficient or incorrect address, we will contact the client with an invoice for the second shipping fare cost. 

Every order will take 7-14 days to ship out + shipping days at Post Mail. 

LOST PACKAGES

We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.
